Banking and Finance
The Firm is counsel to several banks
and other financial institutions and represents lenders
in
asset-based loans and with respect to permanent and construction
financing. The Firm drafts and reviews documents for
real estate and commercial loans, including secured,
unsecured, revolving line of credit, and inventory and
accounts receivable financing transactions.
The attorneys of the Firm have extensive
experience with Small Business Administration ("SBA")
loans having represented many lenders and borrowers in
hundreds of SBA 7(a) and 504 loans.
On staff are attorneys that are SBA Certified and Designated Closing Counsel, having
attended and passed SBA-approved courses. The Firm's
relationships with the SBA departments at many local
and national financial institutions enable its attorney's
to make the processing and closing of these specialized
transactions as "pain free" and smooth as possible.
